I. INTRODUCTION

1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for the rental of equipment included in the 2K4K film rental offer, available at www.2k4k.eu, referred to hereafter as the Equipment.
2. 2K4K film rental is owned and managed by TECHNIKA FILMOWA Sp. z o.o., registered at Kazimiery Iłłakowiczówny 5, 60-789 Poznań, KRS 0000983894, NIP 7792541990, REGON 522647588 referred to hereinafter as the Lessor.
3. Individuals, companies or organisations using equipment hire are referred to as Hirers.

II. USAGE

1. The Lessor provides film and photography equipment rental services for photo shoots, film sets and any event requiring professional equipment of this type.
2. The Hirer agrees to use the equipment in accordance with its intended use and safety rules, and to ensure that the equipment entrusted to them is not damaged through the fault of the Hirer or a third party.
3. The Hirer agrees to inform the Lessor if he intends to use the Equipment in high-risk enviroments, e.g.: on a drone, boat, kayak,  in dusty areas, etc. 
4. The Hirer takes full responsibility for the equipment and its technical state during the rental period, i.e. from the time of collection until the return of the equipment.
5. The Hirer agrees to return the Equipment complete, in the condition and technical state which the Equipment was presented to them at the start of the rental period.
6. In the event of loss or damage to the equipment, the Lessor reserves the right to charge the Hirer for the value of the lost Equipment, repair costs and additional costs (transport of new equipment, unrealised rentals of damaged equipment, etc.)
7.  The Lessor agrees to rent the Equipment in a technically efficient state. Any faults  or damage must be reported immediately when noticed. Failure to inform the Lessor shall result in the Hirer assuming full responsibility for the damage.
8. The Lessor reserves a period of 24 hours from the moment of Equipment being returned by the Hirer, in order to perform a full technical inspection and identify any faults or damage which may have occurred during the Hirer's rental period. If any faults are noticed, the Hirer will assume full responsibility for damage caused.
9. The Lessor is not responsible for any damage caused to the Hirer or third parties involved, connected to the use of the Equipment or the consequences of using the Equipment in an inappropriate manner.
10. The Equipment should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and in the case of any doubts regarding its operation, the Hirer should immediately seek advice from the Lessor.
11. The Equipment may only be operated by persons technically proficient and trained in the use of this type of Equipment.
12. The use of the Equipment for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited. 
13. Subletting Equipment owned by the Lessor is strictly prohibited.
14. The hirer is prohibited from making repairs or interfering with the Equipment on their own. Commissioning third parties to interfere or fix the Lessor's equipment is also prohibited.
15. The Lessor reserves the right to interrupt the rental period if the activities carried out using the Lessor's Equipment are related to content considered prohibited under Polish law.
16. The Lessor takes no responsibility for items left with or in the equipment (e.g. memory cards)

III. RESERVATION

1. Equipment reservations can be made via the website www.2k4k.eu.
2. The reservation will be confirmed by the Lessor via e-mail.
3. If the Hirer is renting Equipment for the first time, they are obliged to prove their identity with a photographic identity document (identity card, driving licence, passport, residence card).
4. The Lessor and Hirer will confirm the rental of the equipment by signing the booking on paper or electronically. The signature on the booking signifies acceptance of the technical condition of the equipment and its proper operation as well as these rules and regulations. 
5. Payments must be paid in full before receiving the equipment. Payment can be made online via the Przelewy24 system or via traditional bank transfer.
6. The Hirer may collected reserved Equipment, the day before the rental after 16:00, as long as it doesn't conflict with other reservations. The Equipment must be returned by 10:00 the morning after the rental period. Each such situation must be agreed with the Lessor.
7. If the Hirer is late in returning the Equipment, the Lessor reserves the right to charge the hirer for any unfulfilled reservations caused by the Hirer.
8. If the Equipment is returned earlier, the price does not change, unless both parties agree otherwise.
9. The Rental period may be extended when the Lessors confirms this possibility.
10. If the Hirer needs to cancel or change a reservation, they are obliged to inform the Lessor no later than 48 hours before the planned rental date. Cancellation after this date is payable by the Hirer in accordance with the prices available on www.2k4k.eu, with the possibility of using the Equipment at another available date.
11. Complaints regarding the operation of Equipment may be submitted to the Lessor via email to: reklamacje@2k4k.pl. Complaints will be considered within 14 days.
12.  The Hirer is obliged to fill out the details on the reservation thoughtfully and carefully. The Lessor is not responsible for incorrect details provided by the Hirer. After receiving a receipt for an individual or an invoice for a company, it is not possible to change the issued document.
13. In order to rent equipment, it is necessary to provide personal details.
14. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of servicing rentals, their implementation and settlement.
15. Personal data will not be shared with other entities.
16. The administrator of the personal date is TECHNIKA FILMOWA Sp. z o . o, registered at ul. Kazimiery Iłłakowiczówny 5, 60-789 Poznań, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
17.  You have the right to request access to your personal data from the Administrator in order to rectify it, delete it or limit its processing.

IV. PRICE LIST

1. A price list for equipment rental is available at www.2k4k.eu website.
2. All prices in the price list are net prices.

V. OBLIGATION

1. These regulations are effective as of 1 January 2023.
2. The Lessor reserves the right to amend these regulations.
3. The Lessor undertakes to inform registered customers of changes made to these regulations.
